What Is a RAVS® 360 Review?

These surveys are designed to evaluate how well safety policies are being communicated and followed throughout the company.

Management Interview Process

In most cases, a company owner, supervisor, or in-house Safety Manager will also be required to participate in a detailed virtual interview.

These online interviews can last approximately three hours and typically focus on topics such as:

  • Company safety policies and procedures
  • Employee training processes

  • Inspections and corrective actions
  • Safety meetings and communication
  • Overall safety culture and management involvement

Preparing for this interview is extremely important, as ISNetworld® will be evaluating both your documentation and your company’s understanding of its own safety systems.
